We truly enjoyed our 2-night stay at this hotel. Everything was brand new, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent for Nizwa, close to the main points and the city center.

Absolutely great hotel, I really enjoyed it. The very amiable and super-friendly staff provided me a really good 3 nights stay. Location: the venue was near to restaurants and shops, the City Centre, and main points. The hotel was off the main road, as I expected. This property met needs well in every way, couldn't recommend more.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. A/C in every room. Clean and nicely decorated. Apartment equipped with a gas hob and refrigerator. Free WIFI. Convenient location for exploring Nizwa Castle and Souq. Suited for travelers with cars.

I recently stayed at Orient Apartments in Nizwa for a week-long vacation. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds with nice bed linen. Bhatik, the host, was very welcoming and available to assist throughout my stay. The location was great, just a short 4-minute drive to Nizwa Fort/Souk and the central part of town. the apartment offered good value for the price.

Totally recommend this hotel.
